How does the designer program work? Where can I register?

The Holloway Studio Custom Design Program is available to Architects, Designers, Decorators or Stagers only. Please set up a Studio Visit to sign up for the program: a business license, a CRT-61, business card, and two resource references are required to participate.

I work with a designer but I want to visit your studio and purchase the piece myself. Is that possible?

There are in-stock artworks varying in styles available and always being created for direct purchase at Holloway Studios. The Studio is open by appointment or during Open Studio Hours. However, the Holloway Studio Custom Design Program is strictly held for use through or with a Registered Design Professional authorized to assist in the development of commissioned works.

What is your shipping policy?

Crating and Shipping is determined by size, ship to address and fragility. All shipping cost is to be charged at clients' expense. We use UPS Art Services and for white glove services, Elite Designer Services are recommended.

Do you deliver?

Design Professional Partners should set up delivery services to best serve their needs. Elite Designer Services are our preferred recommendation for pick-up and delivery services.

Can I come visit the studio?

There will be periodic Open Studio hours available to non-industry professionals. Otherwise, the Studio is open by appointment for items that are currently available.

What if the work I bought doesn’t feel right in the space?
Can I return a custom piece?

Custom Designed Commissioned Works are not returnable to the studio. However design partners may have an opportunity for alterations within reason to commission pieces. Design Professional Partners are to set their own terms with clients in way of Commissioned Work. 

Works purchased from Studio Stock and returned in same condition within 5 days can be returned for Studio Credit only.
